If you do not receive an email from orders@dreaming-goddess.com within one day after placing your order, most likely your email address has been entered incorrectly. Invalid information may delay or cancel your order.
Credit Card Orders & Paypal
The Dreaming Goddess Boutique uses Paypal to process all credit card orders. If you have a paypal account, you will be given the opportunity to sign in. Otherwise credit card payments will proceed as normal under paypal and then you will be redirected to our site. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.
International Orders
We currently accept PayPal payments for International Orders. A $15 minimum purchase is required for all international Orders.
Returns:
No returns are accepted without authorization within 5 days of you receiving the item. You must first contact customer support and have authorization before returning the item. Purchaser will pay the shipping and insurance costs for return items. No returns on all custom made bath, oils or spell kits. Commercial Bath Products or kits, may be returned unopened like all other merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
Shipping:
Shipping in the U.S. The Dreaming Goddess Boutique ships by UPS and US Priority Postal Service. US Priority Shipping includes all orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and US Military APO and FPO. $15 mininum purchase for International Orders.
All Purchases will be processed and shipped within 7 days of purchase. If there is a delay with your order, we will most certainly contact you.
